Lokacija je odlična, a apartman prostran.
Stan ima miris starih ljudi. To je jako utjecalo na kvalitetu boravka. Imala sam osjećaj da mi se uvuklo u odjeću. Također, neobično je obnovljen. Više za smještaj studenata, nego za iznajmljivanje. Stolarija je stara, slavina u kupaonici nekako čudno improvizirana. Krevet u sobi i ormari su lijepi, od punog drva, ali dojam je da si u bakinom stanu. Također krevet je bio dosta neudoban i nakon spavanja boljela su me leđa. Mekani nadmadraci postavljeni su na mekani stari madrac i cijelu noć sam imala osjećaj da ću se negdje otkotrljati s te planine.
