Charming Apartment

very clean, nice apartment with all required small staff like towels, shower amenities, tea, coffee machine, etc. close to the tram, Maximir park and city center highly recommended!

very small thing: if there are people who sleep in the living room, it might be very light in the morning as there are no blinds on the balcony, but it's not a big thing

The apartment was alright. Got everything one can possibly need for a short stay. It was clean and comfortable. Keys were easy to get. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. Location of the property is some 20-ish min by tram to the city center / 40-ish by foot. Neighborhood seems quiet and safe.

The only downside would be the small boiler resulting in not enough hot water for everybody (especially if you are 3 or 4 people). It occurs to us that no matter how long it is switched on, it never reaches the red (hot) zone, only up to orange (warm).

Прекрасные чистые светлые апартаменты. Расположены на тихой улочке, рядом есть кафе и магазины, в шаговой доступности остановки трамвая, парк Максимир. До центра города можно прогуляться пешком или доехать на трамвае. Апартаменты большие, все продумано. Много посуды, есть посудомоечная машина и стиральная машина. На балконе очень приятно проводить время. Все чисто и со вкусом обставлено. Есть соль, специи, чай, кофе на кухне, а также средства для душа. Спасибо за заботу! Найти апартаменты было очень легко, хозяин заранее прислал четкую инструкцию. Нам все очень понравилось!
