Розташування відмінне,зупинка транспорту поряд,бедрьонка поряд,лідл 10 хв,до центру 15 хв пішком
На кухні є все що потрібно для приготування страв,у ванній також є сушка,мило,пралка,газова колонка працює також добре
Постіль дешева атласна,диван у вітальні старий,подертий,
Рушники чорні,і невідомо чи чисті вони були
Підлога була грязнувата

Гарна і простора квартира. Гарне розташування. На першому поверсі ( що великий плюс, для людини з інвалідністю). Комфортне проживання з дитиною, для якої були безліч іграшок та ігор.
В помешканні є всі необхідні речі ( каструлі, різноманітні прибори, сендвічниця, праска, пилосос) для комфортного проживання.
Дуже задоволені🥰💖
Щиро реконструюємо це помешкання.

Smooth check in experience, quiet location, green area, comfort indoor temperature - it's the first floor, so despite of AC absence it was fully comfortable. Quite close to the Zasyanye train station and Lidl and couple more of big supermarkets (10-15 min by feet). Everything is clean, all needed kitchen equipment present.
It's not a classic two-bedroom apartment - it's one bedroom and a living room with two beds. Bathroom organized in a strange way (many apartments has some kind of non-effective planning there) - it has a bath hub and no curtain or something, so if you take a shower it's complicated not to drop water everywhere. It has a gas water heater, which also looked not very good - when we was there, part of cover was removed.
