Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, blisko starówki. Mieszkanie czyste, po remoncie, zadbane. Ładna porcelana w kuchni. Bardzo przyjemnie.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, blisko centrum - można na spokojnie dojść w kilka minut spacerkiem (powrót pod stromą górkę, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało). Warto wspomnieć o dostępnym miejscu parkingowym (po rezerwacji) na terenie zamykanego podwórka. Sam apartament był duży i jasny. Pomimo bliskości do centrum okolica spokojna i cicha. Ogólnie, apartament wywarł raczej dobre wrażenie.
Największym minusem był nieprzyjemny zapach wydobywający się z odpływu zlewu - dla osób o wrażliwym węchu to może być problematyczne. Dodatkowo, zapach bywał trochę stęchły w przypadku pościeli czy kanapy. Pod prysznicem doskwierał brak półeczki na kosmetyki.
