Location was exceptional for our purposes.

空間很大，也很舒服，很適合一家人或一群朋友同行。設備提供的算完整，只是部分耗材使用完需要自己到超市購買。
地理位置極佳，就在唐人街的中心，超市、餐廳跟觀光景點、大眾運輸交通工具，皆走路即可到達。
我們同行的一位青少年，因為天氣乾燥流鼻血，鼻血（只是幾滴血漬）不小心沾染在床單上，所以房東以更換新床單為理由，從押金裡面收取AUD$100。我們覺得這個部分可以再協議或溝通。

Location was very good
Not as clean as expected, there very bad smell in Laundry room and main drain was also smelling had keep turning the fan in bathroom bath to get rid of the smell.
