Great size, nice location but major plumbing issues
The place was a brilliant size and was in a great location. The bedrooms were all very big and the little added extras (cereals, jam, milk and butter) were a lovely touch. The price was good for the location and size of the property, and having a garden helped with the dogs.
All rooms had a TV, but none of them worked, unfortunately. There was an issue with the WiFi which meant that none of them connected or had signal so we were not able to make use of any of them. The sink in the bathroom leaked to the draw underneath which meant the water we washed our hands with and brushed our teeth with, leaked all over one of our makeup bags which was annoying. The morning after we stayed, we used the shower and the water did not drain out of the tray, meaning that it backed up and filled the tray within a couple of minutes. We had to stop using the shower as it then began leaking from both ends of the shower and soaking the floor. None of us were able to shower in the morning which we understand was an unfortunate issue, but was very disappointing. The host did make contact and stated that she would try and send round a plumber, but they did not show before we checked out.
