Property was spotless in a beautiful complex with security gate access was with my 3 children felt very safe, was quiet and so peaceful had the pool to ourselves most days which was lovely, pool also spotless and cleaned regularly whilst we were here, friendly residents, and only a 10 minute walk to main strip and beach, Jessica was so lovely and at the end of the phone if needed also left a lovely welcome pack which was greatly appreciated, all towels and beach towels, shampoo body wash etc is also provided, jessica accommodated us with a late check out as had an evening flight at no extra cost which was amazing I would definitely recommend and would definitely book again didn’t have any faults at all thanks for a fab stay jessica

Nothing was very happy

This apartment was lovely & Jessica was a lovely host & was extremely helpful, check in was very easy, the apartment had everything you need for a lovely holiday in beautiful Lanzarote.A ten minute walk down to the strip to restaurants, shops etc. The hill back up might be an issue but taxis are very cheap. The swimming pool was being renovated sadly while we were staying but it did not affect our holiday in the lovely sunshine 😎🌞

Fantastic 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet complex of mainly residential apartments. Communication from Jessica was great. Our family of four had a wonderful, relaxing holiday. The complex is really peaceful and most days we were the only ones using the pool. It wasn’t heated but we got used to the temperature. We hired a car and there was always space on the road outside the complex. The aircon in the main bedroom reached the living room to keep it cool. There were four beach towels and lots of bathroom towels. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of wardrobe space. There is a safe with a key. There is plenty of storage in the bathroom and a hairdryer. The kitchen has a full sized fridge-freezer. There is a small-load washing machine in one of the outside areas and three clothes airers and a few pegs. The sofa was big enough for all of us and it is great that there are footstools stored under the end. The Wi-Fi is great. It is a ten minute walk downhill to the main strip. We had an evening flight home, so we booked an extra night so that we didn’t have to check out in the morning. We would recommend this apartment and would stay here again. Thank you Jessica.

There is very little that we didn’t like. A few more coat hangers would have been good. The TV kept disconnecting from the Wi-Fi, but we brought our own TV stick which worked great. There was a bad smell in the back bedroom on some days but this would come and go.

Lovely property. Air conditioning in both bed rooms. Great shower. Lovely serviced swimming pool. Comfortable dun beds.

Nothing- BUT we were not told about a crazy family that LIVE above us. Brats of kids and a mom that does not care. They Ruined our holidays. Neighbours Begged Us to give an HONEST write up also on their behalf. I am not a violent person, but my patience nearly exploded after continually begging them to have manners. I pity the property owners who do EVERYTHING perfectly, but if staying, you need to confirm if these wild bad mannered kids with the 1 parent , and God know how many more are up in the 1 apartment, at least 1 more, are still living in this residential area. Honest white up - sorry Jessica and Ivan who do a remarkable job.
