Chic City Flat - Sky High with a View

It’s a beautiful property , it somewhat shows the view of the peaceful and quiet streets of Windhoek. So good for someone staying for longer days as it provides self laundry services. A very lovely host Irmi🥰. We absolutely loved it and we would book it over and over again.!!!!

The apartment was nice and comfy. Calm street within walking distance to the center and bakery (open only on weekdays) downstairs. When we had issues owner quickly responded.

The common pool and barbecue area is very inconvenient - in other floor, no water access, no trash bin and you need to book for a specific time slot (max 2h) at the reception with a gentleman who does not seem to know a single piece of information (e.g. he did not want to show is the place in advance, but also did not know whether the grill is classic or electric - I was able to find out from photos). No barbecue equipment is available at the apartment or the common area. The apartment itself was nice, and mostly clean but cleaner needs to pay attention to detail. Decorative pillows were dirty (reported to owner who apologized) and some toothpaste was left on the bathroom shelf. We also experienced some inconvenience when the electricity went down because of a broken geyser - luckily on our last night and owner was very responsive and we have resolved it quickly. IMHO cash payment is a bad customer service in 2025. It is extremely inconvenient.
