The room is basically a house basement room with own door. It is of decent size but feels a bit cramped because of a column in the middle of it, which makes it a bit awkward to move around, especially when you have a big suitcase in tow. It's ok for a couple of nights. Good shower. Comfortable mattress. We stayed only 1 night so no issues to report other than WiFi not working initially, but got resolved quickly.
The room was cold when we arrived, and not quite sure if there's central heating. There's an electric fireplace but it takes a while to warm up. In autumn/winter (we visited end on October) may not be so cosy.
