Lovely and spacious place

Lovely and spacious apartment close to everything. Easy to feel at home there. Nice with 3 bathrooms.

Beds could've been more comfortable. The one in the back room was very soft. Also, I never get used to a shared cover in a double bed so it would have been great if there was a possibility of separate covers.

Lack of transparency and help from the mangers. Clean and well located

It was close to everything. Quiet and easily accessible. Very large apartment. Comfortable in size for 7.

Unfortunately, the information is misleading. After repeated asking the manager before booking of ALL the bedrooms had a AC, and being told repeatedly that they did, they did not. Only 3 rooms have a AC, the fourth one with a bigger bed does not. When I called him to tell him, he said it was a misunderstanding and brought a small desk fan to compensate. If you’ve ever been in Italy in July, you know the desk fan won’t help.

A little piece of Heaven in Lucca

The owners were really helpful and it was a delight to stay in such a wonderful apartment. For us, it was the perfect place, close to so many of the great shops and sights, and then a quiet haven to return to in the evening. The station is also only a short walk. We didn't need a car, in fact that might have been a nuisance, a day trips out to Montecatini Alto and Montecarlo were easy to arrange by train.

Casa iper-spaziosa in un contesto tranquillissimo seppur a un passo dalle principali attrazioni. Proprietari disponibili, Wi-Fi ottimo. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, ideale per una famiglia.

Procedura del check-in davvero esageratamente macchinosa. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, in uno dei bagni (quello con vasca) il rubinetto del bidet non funzionava benissimo (comunque utilizzabile)

Súper recomendable

Maravillosa. La casa es espectacular, 4 habitaciones, 3 baños completos, una cocina impresionante con absolutamente de todo, salón y una terraza fabulosa. En una zona muy céntrica de Lucca (dos habitaciones dan a la calle y el fin de semana se escucha algo de ruido de la gente de la calle, pero nada grave) y rodeada de restaurantes, tiendas y zonas azules para aparcar. Totalmente recomendable.
