Top location, spacious rooms, excellent facilities and wonderful host. We would like to visit again for sure!
No all the rooms have A/C and unfortunately we were there during a heatwave.

relativ hoher Geräuschpegel - Ohrenstöpsel helfen aber
Ausstattung : könnte mal überprüft werden ( Eierbecher fehlen , Weingläser erneuern , Tassen )

Excellent location, around 10-15 mins walk from the train station, very close to all Lucca has to offer. Apartment was much bigger than we expected. Kitted out with everything you need. One slight issue while we were there, but that was sorted out same day. Hosts were great, communicated well. Lidl supermarket around 10 mins walk away.
Restaurant downstairs was a little noisy in the front bedrooms, but that was only for a couple of nights out of the week we were there and overall the postives of the apartment massively outweighed any negatives!

Leiligheten så ut som på bildene og hadde en fin terrasse ut mot hagen til Villa Bottini. Det var praktisk ankomst og avreise med nøkkelboks ved ytterdøren. 3 av soverommene hadde aircondition, mens det fjerde hadde takvifte.
Kjøleskapet virket ikke da vi kom fredag, og ble ikke byttet før tirsdag. Det er veldig upraktisk i varmen, og vi måtte kaste mye av maten vi hadde kjøpt inn. Det sto et bittelite minikjøleskap med plass til 3 vannflasker på benken da vi kom. Vaktmesteren tok dette med seg da de hadde installert nytt kjøleskap, så vi antar det var kjent at kjøleskapet ikke virket.
Vi var 6 voksne, det var redd opptil 6, men lagt frem håndklær kun til 3. Dette sa vi fra om da vi kom, men ble ikke gjort noe med.
