Great location close walk to Hastings street and close to Noosa Junction.
Needs maintenance work done to it. The back sliding door didn’t close properly the two doors didn’t join at the bottom ever so there was a constant gap. There was also a lot of mould in the apartment. Very noticeable on curtains at back door, outdoor cushions and ceilings particularly in the ensuite and some utensils. The integrated dishwasher panel also falling off and some of the kitchen cabinetry was difficult to open/close due to use over time.
