Location, quiet, pool access, clean, excellent modern bathrooms
Main bed was very uncomfortable.. I would recommend investing in a king size bed with new mattress, new linen and pillows to improve guests stay. No air con in bedrooms, fans but warmer nights could do with air con.

Location close to the Main Beach and Hastings St and Noosa Junction Restaurants.
Nice views and a very nice 2 bedroom apartment.
The pool had a very noisy pump which was outside our front sliding glass doors

location and size
the gallery/artwork was very stressful. we rented this as it was advertised as family friendly- but having artwork for sale that was thousands of dollars throughout the house, hung at a child’s head/shoulders height, was not family friendly. all a child needs to do is walk too close to a wall and they could brush or knock paintings which makes me concerned they could get damaged. I would find another unit next time if travelling with my family again
