The apartment was new and clean with big balcony-terrace. Elevator. Comfy bed, great shower, washing machine.
Great host, it was easy to communicate. The location was perfect, 5 min to boulevard and 10 min to seafront promenade (Lungomare).
Lots of cafe, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Would highly recommend.
Minor thing, second unit next door, you can hear them pretty clear and can be noisy neighbors, singing songs with a toddler :).

We were greeted on arrival at the apartment. There was a car park a short walk away, which was great. You can also park along the street but it was quite busy. The apartment was spotless with a lovely balcony. Comfy bed, great shower. It was super easy to communicate. The location was perfect too, walking distance for everything with some great restaurants close by. Would highly recommend.
