Great room in excellent location

Stay here at Titeng Guest House many times. The place is close to everywhere, the room is big and clean and quiet and staff very friendly Special to KEN who always helping us. He's always make sure everything ok with the room and always be there if we need something, thank you so much KEN😊. We will be back for sure next year

We loved our stay here, rooms were really clean and friendly staff. Pool was amazing, and ideal location, close to everything you need but felt tucked away and quiet from the busy street. Baby revs cafe next door was so good!

Perfect for our time in Seminyak

Suchhh a cute little hideaway perfect for the two nights we stayed. Right in the heart of town areas, everything is close by and walkable.

Construction on, wouldn’t be too enjoyable for long periods of time due to construction.

Good value stay in central location walkable to beach

New property with lovely clean bathroom and very comfortable bed, great fridge. Very accessible to main streets, but back of the road so generally peaceful. However on Fri night you could hear the thumping from Iron Fairies club nearby till the early hours. Assume that would be Sat night too. Pool was small but clean for a cooling dip.

It was good value for money but I was a bit disappointed with the view- I enjoy some greenery but upstairs rooms are overlooking a black tarpaulin on the contraction next door- so it felt like you were a bit on a building site however the noise wasn’t intrusive.

Property is in a prime location in Seminyak. Located just a short walk from Potato Head beach club, ShiShi nightclub, and some amazing restaurants just steps away. There is a convenience store right at the end of the alleyway for all of your basic needs.

Construction on a neighbouring villa might be disturbing if you like to sleep in late, but that is the way things go in Bali and is no fault of Titeng.

Lovely home away from home

The space is immaculately clean and the beds and very comfortable. I really appreciated having the pool to cool off in the afternoon and it is a good size. The guesthouse is literally steps away from Seminyak's rich night life, cafes, restaurants, beaches, and shops while being tucked away on a quiet back road. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here, so much that I extended my initial 2 night stay to 3 nights. This guesthouse offers excellent value.

There was construction going on from 9-6am each of the three days I was there. However this didn't bother me.

Titeng Guesthouse is good value for money. I had no issues with the wifi or air conditioner.

Two sun loungers isn’t enough and the early wake up calls courtesy of the next door neighbour’s dog barking every morning

direkt vor dem Guesthouse wird ein weiteres Gebäude gebaut. Lärm, Staub von 9Uhr morgens bis teilweise 19Uhr. Steht JETZT auf der Webseite. Wir haben aber bereits im August für Januar gebucht und wurden nicht über anfallende Bauarbeiten informiert!!! Längerer Chat über WA haben als Entschädigung 20% Erstattung bekommen. 4 Tage gebucht aber nach 2 Tagen abgereist

Struttura molto bella, con ampie camere molto confortevoli. Situata in una via laterale rispetto a quella principale. Lo staff si è dimostrato davvero gentile e molto disponibile con un'organizzazione perfetta tramite comunicazioni via Whatsapp. Pulizia ottima; bagno molto ampio. Bella anche la piscina. Si raggiunge il mare in 10 minuti a piedi
