We rented all four of the two bedroom apartments for our group and overall had a very enjoyable stay. The apartments are not brand new, but they were clean, well equipped with the necessities, and everything was in good working condition. The location is excellent, only about a five minute drive from some of Budva’s most popular beaches. Each apartment has its own parking space, and the pool and patio area were wonderful places to relax after a day of sightseeing. The owner was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. He gave us great recommendations for places to visit, accommodated special dietary needs including gluten free meals, and even drove us to a nearby gas station where we were meeting our boat tour guide. His restaurant on the main floor was very convenient for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and he was happy to prepare meals upon request.

There are a few things I wish I had known before booking, not because they were necessarily negatives, but because future guests may appreciate knowing them in advance. Since the owner operates the restaurant, he is usually present on the patio throughout the day. Some guests may enjoy having him readily available for questions and conversation, while others who are looking for complete privacy around the pool and patio may find the atmosphere a little different than expected. It is also worth knowing that the patio and pool area are considered part of the restaurant, so guests are not permitted to bring their own food, drinks, or alcoholic beverages there. Anything consumed on the patio must be purchased from the restaurant. This was not clearly apparent from the listing, so it is something future guests may want to know before arriving. The only stressful part of our stay involved payment. Our Booking.com reservation indicated that payment could be made at the property by either cash or credit card. Unfortunately, the owner’s card terminal stopped working, and we did not learn until the second to last day that he was expecting payment in cash. Since it was a large amount and we were nearing the end of our trip, obtaining that much cash on short notice was difficult. It seemed to be an unfortunate miscommunication rather than anyone’s fault, but I would recommend that future guests confirm the payment method with the owner on the first day of their stay to avoid any confusion.

Nous avons tous aimé dans cet établissement. Près de tout mais nous avions une voiture. Nous mangions tous les jours les repas fait par notre hôte , c’était succulent, frais et fait avec beaucoup d’amour. L’hôte était extraordinaire, nous pouvions compter sur lui pour tout . On se sentait vraiment chez nous. Le lieu est paisible , calme . Nous étions avec un bébé et c’était le meilleur endroit que nous avions pu faire . Nous nous sentions en sécurité mais aussi comme une petite famille. C’était vraiment génial . Nous recommandons et reviendrons certainement. Die Herzlichkeit der Vermieter (Milana & Zoran) war überwältigend Wir konnten alles fragen und haben immer Empfehlung und Hilfe bekommen. Es war wie bei Freunden. Das Frühstück super, jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Bequeme Betten Super Balkon Poolbereich und die Terrasse war mit viel Liebe ein- gerichtet. Essen und Getränke gab es zu fairen Preisen. Wir sagen 1000 Dank für diesen Urlaub und kommen wieder.

This was, without a doubt, the most wonderful place I have ever stayed at, and I travel extensively around the world. The hosts, Zoran, his wife, and their sons, are truly exceptional and warm-hearted people. They are open, kind, always smiling, and have a great sense of humor. They welcomed us with such warmth that we felt right at home. We could talk with them until the early hours of the morning about everything—from family matters to business and politics. They were incredibly helpful, offering advice and assistance throughout our entire stay. We’ve already made plans to return, as we’ve truly become friends with them! Highly recommend this amazing place!
