Nice and quite hotel and friendly staff

The staff were very friendly, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean, and we always found a spot to park a car. The pool was quite nice, and the hotel itself was calm and quiet. There was hot food available at breakfast. Towels were changed daily, and the bed linen was changed once during our one-week stay.

The biggest downside is the location — it’s impossible to manage without a car. The hotel is basically in a village, surrounded by unfinished buildings and similar small hotels. The nearest shop is at least a 15-minute walk away. The photos on Booking are carefully taken to hide the downsides of the location — it looks much more isolated and unfinished in reality. Another issue was the flies at breakfast. We had to come right when breakfast started to avoid them landing on the food. Breakfast itself was quite repetitive — hard to get through a whole week of the same options. There was nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes — not even a single hook. This last part isn’t the hotel’s fault, but the only road to the airport or Kotor Bay is under construction. There are constant traffic jams, dust, and some stretches without proper pavement. What should be a 15-minute drive can easily turn into more than an hour.

We stayed at this hotel in Budva and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was quite spacious for three people, and the cleaning service was excellent. We appreciated the private parking, a small but functional pool, and a satisfactory breakfast. The staff member we met on the second day was very friendly and helpful — she even gave us free beach access vouchers, which was a lovely surprise.

However, there are a few things that could be improved. The extra bed we requested was a bit uncomfortable and made noise with every movement — fine for a child, but not ideal for an adult. The Wi-Fi connection was very weak, and we had to rely on mobile internet instead. Also, the staff member who checked us in didn’t speak much English and gave us only very basic information.

Breakfast was delicious and you have a variety of things to eat. I was happy about the pancakes from the first day. The food was fresh and had a good taste. Location was perfect for us. You can take a walk around the location and you can find stores, gas stations, self wash car service,. We met a very friendly staff that gave us so many important information to know about the city, locals, beaches and we had a free parking spot and chair at a beautiful beach. Overall, for us was perfect.

This is just opened very cozy, clean and nice hotel. Very friendly staff, modern clean rooms with a nice balcony. Nice neighborhood and pool area. We were there only one night but if we could we would definitely have stayed longer.

Very nice place to stay

Villa La Vida is a beautiful accomodation in a quiet location. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent every day, lots of food to choose from. Parking without problems. The hotel also has a beautiful swimming pool with free sunbeds and umbrellas. I definitely recommend.

fantastic family stay

Our hostess Mona was just one of the most warm helpful people we have met during our holiday. She provided us with recommendations about restaurants etc. The appartment is spic and span. everything is brandnew and functioning very well. The beds are excellent, it is a quiet location and with a car you can go to a selected beach where sunloungers and an umbrella is provided. Breakfast is nice and varied for such a small hotel, the pool is lovely and there is a gym as well. We loved everything!

Alles beviel eigenlijk goed. Het is een prachtige plek met een heerlijk zwembad en een goede uitvalsbasis om de mooie uitstapjes in de buurt te bekijken. Aanraders zijn Kotor, Cable Car, Budva (Old Town), Sveti Stefan en (iets verder) Skadar Lake. Het personeel is ontzettend aardig en wil je met alles helpen.

Veel wespen, maar daar kunnen ze niets zoveel aan doen.

Нас зустріла дуже приємна дівчина, яка все пояснила та з усім допомогла. Також надала нам ваучер на користування пляжем на наступний день. Номер чудовий, дуже чисто, зручне ліжко. Басейном можна користуватися 24/7. Зранку непоганий сніданок, дуже гарна територія готелю, дуже привітний персонал. У нас була кімната що одразу виходить до басейну. Також на території є спортзал, яким також можна вільно користуватися.

Є сліди користування кімнатою, що потребують трохи оновлення. Але це був кінець сезону, тож це очікувано.

היתה תקלה בחדר שלנו במזגן מכיוון שהיה יום ראשון ולא היה ניתן להשיג טכנאי לתיקון בעלי המקום קנו לנו במיוחד מאורר (שענה על הצורך כי לא היה מאוד חם במקרה) ולמחרת קבלנו חדר חדש גדול יותר ואף זיכוי קטן במחיר.

הגענו לפני הזמן המתוכנן וקיבלנו חדרים ללא כל בעיה. הצוות היה מאוד נחמד וידידותי. קיבלנו גם במתנה כרטיס כניסה לחוף פרטי לכל ימי השהיה שלנו במלון. ארוחת בוקר הייתה עשירה ומגוונת. חדרים לא קטנים נקיים ומסודרים.

In the photo it looks like there is an apartment building and an Olympic pool at the door. the truth is a complex apartment and a pool that ends after 2 strokes of a 1.90 tall person. there is no tea and coffee in the room. the kettle does not work. the walls are very thin and the staff does nothing to solve the problem. It is not in BUDVA but in a village 5km away from there. it says 10 euro by taxi. fotografda sankı bır apartman ve kapısında olımpık havuz var gıbı. gercekler ıse karmasık bır daıre ve 1.90 boyunda kı bırının 2 kulaç atınce bıten bır havuz. odada cay kahve yok. su ısıtıcısı çalışmıyor. duvarlar çok ince ve çalışanlar sorun çozmek ıcın hıcbır sey yapmıyor. Kanon boende!!

Väldigt gullig och trevlig personal. Bra gratis parkering när man har hyrbil som under vår vistelse alltid var tillgänglig. Vi blev överraskade att det fanns cyklar att använda när man ville, vilket vi använde under vår vistelse för att cykla till supermarket etc. Vi fick även gratis solsäng, parasoll och parkering vid stranden Sveti Toma, vilket vi uppskattade mycket. Bra städat. Har inget dåligt att säga om hotellet överlag.

Frukosten kan bli lite tröttsam under längre vistelser pga få alternativ. Men funkade utmärkt för våra 5 nätter.

Oduševljeni smo bili sa svime u ovom smještaju. Opuštena i ugodna atmosfera,sobe čiste i udobne, osoblje simpatično i profesionalno,a doručak bogat i ukusan. Villa je idealna za odmor i uživanciju. Za one koji dolaze s autom ima dovoljno parking mjesta i auta su na sigurnom. U centru grada ste s autom za svega 5minuta,a nema buke i galame.
