本当に快適なアパルタメントでした。 場所が良いのは勿論、冷房等の設備、WIFI、リビングとベッドルームに３台の最新テレビ、キッチン用品なども揃っており家にいるように過ごせました。 すぐ近くにスーパーマーケットのCOOPがあるので、フルーツやチーズ、牛乳などが、簡単に手に入るので、毎朝備え付けのエスプレッソマシンでコーヒーを淹れて朝食を取ることができました。 滞在中Pesaro市内が水道管の破裂で2日ほど断水したのですが、オーナーのFilippoさんは、大量の水をトイレ用にとわざわざ持ってきてくれました。 ビーチ用のタオルや自転車もあります。 鍵も持ち歩くのに支障のない小さなもので助かりました。 私達にとっては、ゴミ用のコンテナがすぐ近くというのも助かりました（滞在者用にコンテナを開けるカードも用意されてます） 帰りは時間があるからと駅まで送ってくれました。 本当におすすめのアパルタメントです。

An apartment where you truly feel at home. This was honestly one of our best accommodation experiences in Italy. Filippo has thought of absolutely everything, down to the smallest detail. The apartment is beautifully and perfectly equipped, and we found everything we could possibly need during our stay. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Pesaro. Having a dedicated parking space in an underground garage was a huge advantage, especially when travelling by car. Two bicycles are also available for guests to use, which is a wonderful extra. The beach is only about a 15-minute walk away. Filippo is an exceptional host who genuinely cares about his guests and makes sure they feel comfortable and welcome. We would definitely stay here again and hope to return. Highly recommended!

The apartment is excellent, the host is attentive and responsive, and the location is very central and convenient.

Apartamento moderno no centro histórico. Super bem equipado, acabamentos de ótima qualidade.

Aquecimento um pouco instável. Desligava. A água variava a temperatura.
