We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It has a comfortable well-furnished lounge, good outdoor space plus a nice bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is just a 2-minute walk from the old centre of Pesaro and the Curvone parking provides an easy parking option. The owner was very responsive to any questions and worked hard to anticipate the needs of guests. Some examples
The day we arrived coincided with Pesaro’s annual fair and he went to the trouble of booking a space in the local car park and even put his on car in that space to ensure we would have a place. Without his effort, we would have found it hard to get anywhere to park that day
He provided a thoughtful collection of food items in the apartment for us to use and a range of toiletries that travellers might have forgotten
Highly recommended – we would be very happy to book again

We had an excellent stay at Michele and Alessandra's apartment. Michele met us personally, arranged a parking permit, and had everything ready for us. The place has everything you need: well equipped, quiet and cosy, yet minutes walk to everything important in Pesaro. Highly recommended.

El propietario nos escribió varios días antes muy amablemente para pedir la información de llegada y poder organizarse. Nos dio las llaves justo cuando le dijimos. El apartamento está reformado, muy acogedor, limpio, con una terraza muy agradable donde desayunar / comer. Nuestra sorpresa fue que...¡ nos dejó comida en la nevera para desayunar! Fue muy cómodo porque llegamos tarde el día anterior y no nos dio tiempo de ir a comprar el desayuno. Teníamos fruta, embutido, leche, zumo, cereales...Durante nuestra estancia, el propietario nos escribió varias veces para preguntar si necesitábamos algo (atención que se agradece).
Todo estuvo muy bien. Hay un parking público al lado del apartamento donde se puede aparcar (precio es de 1,20e/h, muy razonable).
