La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro e dai negozi, rendendo tutto comodamente raggiungibile a piedi. Inoltre, si trova in una zona tranquilla ed è facile trovare parcheggio nelle vie adiacenti La proprietaria è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, facendoci sentire subito a casa.
