Terrazzo con vista panoramica sulla città accessoriato di barbecue, tavolo, sedie e sdraio. Il tutto perfetto per passare la serata in compagnia e in tranquillità. Interno ben aerato grazie alla presenza del condizionatore e di ben due ventilatori. Perfettamente funzionanti frigorifero, cucina e bagni.
Purtroppo la casa è priva di wifi e, essendo leggermente al di sotto del livello strada, per poter accedere a internet o effettuare telefonate è necessario uscire all'esterno dell'abitazione poiché all'interno non c'è alcun segnale di rete. A quanto pare è un problema generale di infrastrutture telefoniche della zona. Da implementare la batteria di stoviglie.
