a little quirky in places, but loved it, quiet, close to town, enclosed rear garden for the dog.
fantastic location, so peaceful, but only a 5 minute walk back into the centre of Holt.
didnt use the upstairs bedrooms because no tv in main bedroom, and no bathroom upstairs, but I went up every morning to look out the windows!

A beautifully located super family stay
We’re a family of 5 and we loved the space, all rooms are great. Loved the large main bedroom, the generous family kitchen. The kids loved the gardens. The bathroom with a lovely roll top bath. Shame we only had two nights. Can’t wait to come back.
