Chloe is an excellent host and thinks ahead what guests might need, such as extra fans in hot weather or is on the ball when things don’t go to plan such as a wasps nest. Tomlin Cottage has a lovely garden, parking space and the house has everything you need.
The stairs are quite shallow so not good for people with mobility problems but there are two bedrooms downstairs.

fantastic location, so peaceful, but only a 5 minute walk back into the centre of Holt.
didnt use the upstairs bedrooms because no tv in main bedroom, and no bathroom upstairs, but I went up every morning to look out the windows!

We’re a family of 5 and we loved the space, all rooms are great. Loved the large main bedroom, the generous family kitchen. The kids loved the gardens. The bathroom with a lovely roll top bath. Shame we only had two nights. Can’t wait to come back.

Really lovely house, very clean, had everything you could want and lots of space. Location was perfect. Chloe was an excellent host - great communication and very accommodating.
