Nice apartment.

Good for the summer because it's close to the beach a 3 minutes walk. Cold in the winter. Noisy. Clean. Modern. Overall a good apartment.

Would not hesitate to book again for short stay .

I am very grateful to “VIKATIS” for the help they gave me with check in and entry procedures. Very clean on arrival and all appliances seemed in good working order - i say seemed as i did not use every item . Quality of bedding,linen/towels etc were good . One if not the only property i have stayed in on the Mediterranean coast with a plug for each sink and bidet in over 50 years of travel there ! ( very helpful in water saving ) While not overly indulgent with crockery and choice of cookware , i being solo traveller had enough choice . With the exception of one small pan , the remaining were of above average condition , bravo for previous guests. All this was adequate for me solo and 14 days . I do cook and have specific health reasons and was thankful for the kitchen area. The property is very close to the beach but protected from the noise of the busy front road . The immense TV looks fantastic ( way too much TECH for me! ) probably a good place for a couple on a short stay .

Arriving weary in darkness it was problematic to find a source of lighting , it transpired there was a “kill” switch for all lights that was nowhere near the door!After knocking over a few of the plastic plants i discovered - after following the quiet hum from the fridge to open for some light ( no welcome water or anything ) I eventually found the lighting system . Next there was no no wardrobe or drawers available for personal clothing just a small hanger rack not serving well for storage,weighed down with ironing équipement , spare bedding and etc This left most of my luggage, in case under the bed . One very poor ight in bathroom which is accompanied automatically with a small fan ducted out to the street circa 6 meters away so providing nothing much more than a nod to health & safety and more noise than anything else . The only two chairs , maybe described as “Bistro garden furniture” were really quite inadequate and for any comfort the only other option was the bed , which was a comfortable bed . The two air coolers while operational were close to ineffective and having no option for airflow with exchange of air , eg. openings other than the boor side of the room , there was no alternative closing windows/door and running the mobile air con. A gap under front door brought in detritus while air con on . The washing machine may well have worked , but where to hang for airing/drying ? I am in the Arroyo de la Miel area at least 4 times each year and as such can cope well knowing the shops and services available and always feel comfortable . For me the property like the “NINJA” guest check-in site was a little too much style over substance , example “NINJA” would NOT accept my details to the point i found myself trying to dream up lies to circumnavigate its peculiar system ? As I’ve mentioned, I’m out there regularly and have just checked in “seamlessly” for a stay there later this month .

Amazing apartment , great location , 10/10 ♥️

Lovely apartment , very clean , welcoming , great location , well equipped , kitchen is ideal , great bathroom , really enjoyed my stay , all on one level ,no stairs which I like due to a bad knee , the TV is massive with a great choice of programmed in English , it's got You Tube on the TV , that's all I need , it's very well decorated , they have made a great job on this apartment , ideal for single or a couple , the bed was so comfy , I slept very well , I've got to give this a massive thumbs up and a 10/10 rating , will defo book again , thank you for a great stay 😀

The air con needs looking at ,could be better , the fan was a nice bonus , this is only a small matter , I'd book this apartment tomorrow ,no problem ,thank you again 10/10

Very clean and tidy and perfectly adequate for me as a solo traveller Host gave plenty of information to excess the apartment (not met in person) and responded very quickly to a query I had Very short walk to beach restaurants and amenities

Probably quite rare for an English person !!! but I love to cook and explore all the local Spainish produce. Cooking facilities adequate but did lack the little extras …for example no chopping board no serving dish no storage containers ..also previous self catering apartments I have stayed in leave the previous holiday makers bits and bobs such as herbs spices sauces washing up liquid soap etc … would have been nice Asia often the case with such converted properties really thin walls Only other negative is that the taxi driver had great difficulty finding the property and my problem entirely but lost my passport and embassy courier could not deliver emergency passport as the address I gave was not what showed up on Google maps !!!
