Sin duda la cercania de la playa, punto estrategico con todo cerca para desconectar y descansar
El tema del aparcamiento es complicado, hay un garage comunitario pero sin plaza fija, muchos apartamentos y pocas plazas, y en la calle, es mas de lo mismo, si consigues un buen sitio, se convierte en una plaza vitalicia, no te apetece mover mas el coche hasta que te marchas, al menos durante agosto.
