1)The water filter device with both hot & water of room temperature dispensing
2) Washing machine
3) The service staff: "Eve" is excellent, respond to our enquiries via WhatsApp very promptly
1) There is no microwave, instead, there is an Oven there - Microwave will be ideal
2) The room we have are facing the highway below, though we are on the 21 st floor, we could hear the traffic sound below , however it did not affect our sleep. For people who are sensitive to noise - that could bother them.

Great location for a great apartment. Will come back for sure with friends and family. Washer and dryer were great!
The AC in both rooms weren't working but left the doors opened and the AC in the living room definitely helped cool the entire apartment.

All amenities is complete! From the queen beds to the washing machine! They have extras pillow and comforters in the unit. Extra garbage plastic also was available. The washing machine complete with the laundry soap. They even have clothes hanger rack! It was awesome stay for me and my family with 2 kids
Just one. They should have extra ceiling fan on the beds side.

they could have repaired the sofa bed or something. I accidentally injured myself when preparing the sofa bed
due to exposed sharp screws and the bed cant even lay flat. I did not sleep well as the bed was not flat. Can see attached picture
