Exceptional Hospitality at Its Best – QQ Hotel Damansara Empire Dates of Stay: 2-4 October 2026 Rooms: 2301 Our stay at QQ Hotel Damansara was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, the level of service and care we experienced was truly exemplary. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by a sweet lady cant remember her name but she was in RED Attire ( Syaa if I am not mistaken), the Front Office Personnel. Her efficiency and genuine warmth were remarkable. It is so refreshing to see the hospitality industry still blessed with individuals who possess such a superb background in service. She made sure to update us on every single detail regarding the hotel and its facilities. This type of associates are absolute assets to the hotel, and management would do well to provide them with further career exposure to help them reach the top ranks of the industry. A very sweet and courteous gesture! As for the accommodations, Rooms 2301 were exceptionally comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the plush linen and pillows ensured a deep, restful sleep. A huge handshake and well-deserved praise go to All housekeeping team, for all meticulous eye for detail and high standards of room cleanliness & also was very attentive on handling issues with the Safety Box which was faulty. We also really appreciated the small touches, such as the complimentary tea and coffee amenities, which clearly demonstrate how much the hotel values guest satisfaction. Last but certainly not least, my heartiest thank you to the Management for leading such an outstanding team and maintaining these high standards of service. Well done to everyone! QQ Damansara has easily earned a spot as one of our favourite stays, and we will definitely be returning soon. Warmest regards, Allen

Really not recommended dengan kawasan and environment hotel macam "rumah ayam". Tak sama macam dalam gamba and review langsung. Pelik kenapa review elok sangat.
