Vilamoura Amazing Golf Villa 3 With Pool by Homing

Location is very good, 10/15 mins walk down to the port. Big house with swimming pool, ping pong, pool table and pitch and putt. Very clean and in a very nice area. I would recommend this house to anyone!

I read in the reviews about the back door not locking. When I got there the door didn’t lock. I called maintenance and they fixed it the next day. Also the hot water went off the second day they came out to fix it the next day, however it wasn’t fixed, so came out the day after to fix it. (This meant we had two days with cold water). I think the hot water was just unlucky- lucky it was warm and not too bad to have a cold shower. Also a lot of ants around the pool that need addressing.

Excellent outdoor space!!

They should supply two front door keys.

Great location & proximity to the old village, supermarket etc. Also just 20 min walk to Marina or €5 taxi Pool, outdoor games facilities Kitchen facilities, plenty of crockery etc.

Outside area had not been cleaned properly on arrival. Beds & pillows not particularly comfortable. The villa has been refurbished in the main but the outdoor sunbeds, inside of wardrobes & windows need upgrading. The patio door in the lounge does not lock.

The size was excellent and the pool and garden were very entertaining for the teenagers

It’s tired, needs painting on the exterior and a lot of the sliding doors and windows need replacing. Generally tired and needs updating.
