Everything was awesome, I found the pillows abit too hard ( that is a personal preference) that’s it!

In a great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach and little coffee shop which the kids loved! The house in general is kept clean, lots of blankets provided which gives a nice cozy feel and came in handy.. as the nights and mornings are getting cooler. Beautiful open space in the backyard for the kids to play and have dinner on the deck. The trampoline was the highlight as the kids enjoyed this.

Slight ant problem in the kitchen coming through the window - may need to look into controlling this as we had to make sure food was not left out for long - dishes needed to be washed right away. Constant spraying of the window to control them. The outdoor deck area could do with better privacy screening perhaps blockout one. Neighbours were quite close and visible while we were outside which felt a little unsettling. No door stopper in bathroom - we had to be careful that when opening the door that the door handle didn’t hit the tiles - probably worth getting a stopper installed to avoid damage.

It was private, secluded and noise free area. CBD was just 4 minutes drive and walking distance to the Cowes Beach. Nice little touches in the accomodation gave a homely feel to it. Nice big front and back area under cover to entertain at anytime.

Cowes cottage had amazing cozy feel right from the moment we arrived. We have 2 kids and it was so well appointed with everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, and keep them comfy, including a high chair. Fans in every room were great and kept us cool and comfortable and beds were very comfy! The outside deck and beautiful green leafy backyard were just so relaxing, and the addition of the trampoline was also great for the kids. Depending on the time of the day you can relax on the front or back deck and sit in the sun in peace. We were able to uber eats from a few restaurants which was very handy for us to eat when the kids went to bed, and the cafe at the end of the street was also very handy. It was a 20 minute walk into the Main Street of Cowes which I found a lovely walk.

The beach closest to the house was a bit fly ridden and a bit crazy with boats as the boat ramp is there. It’s much nicer up in town. Only thing I would add in the house is shower gel in the showers as that’s one thing I didn’t have and would have been handy!
