We had a lovely time but we wouldn’t return to the property again. The location was excellen, just a shame the property

The property was located 2 minutes from the most beautiful beach.

The cottage was located in a run down, dirty part of Le Portel. It was down a very dingy alley way and there was lots of dog poo and rubbish all around. The property was clean but the photos are very misleading. It looks bright and new in the photos, it was dark and very run down in reality. The 2nd bedroom was in need of some touch ups to the paintwork and the wardrobe was full of things we didn’t need to use so could hardly fit anything in it.

Les photos sur le site ne reflètent pas la réalité. Photos très jolies, lumineuses, très coloré et donne le sentiment d 1cocon cosy. En vrai, pas trop ça 😞 pas de jolies couleurs, pièces sombres, et pas cosy. Les meubles de cuisine laqué rouge ont les empreintes digitales des locataires précédents. La petites cours ,sur photo table et 2 assiettes,très petit et mignon, en vrai pas très propre , verdure sur le mur et vieux seau dégoûtant, ce n est qu un pas passage, peut être ne pas mettre de photo. Sdb petite et odeur d’urine autour du wc. Au premier abord parrait propre, des poils de chien sur l escalier et pas ceux de mon chien. Première fois que nous sommes déçus en réservant sur Booking.

l-Le gîte intérieurement est très bien, bien équipé et propre. Des hôtes très accueillants. La rue très peu engageante et la "cour" qui est plutôt une 2ème sortie, pour les fumeurs, et sans soleil. Aucune vue extérieure.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

La proximité avec la plage. Maison fonctionnelle. Literie confortable. Hôtes agréables et souriants.

Quelques petits manquements, comme un torchon pour la vaisselle par exemple ou une explication pour la wifi. Une petite attention comme quelques sachets de café font toujours plaisir également.

L’emplacement est idéal , il est au centre de toutes les attractions de le Portel.

Le seul soucis que nous avons rentré lors de notre séjour est la température des pièces du bas qui était pas au rendez vous. Il fessait un peu froid surtout avec des enfants. C’est le seule points négatif que je peux relever sinon nous avons adorer.
