We were delighted with this apartment and its location.

The apartment is situated across the road from the ocean. The view is incredible. The beach can be reached in less than 5 minutes. There are several good restaurants around. Supermarkets are very good, are quite close to the apartment - less than 20 minutes on foot. There is enough parking space both on the waterfront and on adjacent streets. The apartment is located on the third floor. The rooms clean are bigger than it seems in the photo. There is enough furniture for a living. The kitchen has a lot of kitchenware for consumption and cooking.

The toilet is very small, the same goes for the bathroom - a minimum size shower. The crib is very difficult to assemble - I recommend asking the owner to unfold it in advance. The clothes dryer is very small. The bathroom does not seem to have a hood, it smells a bit damp.

Le bâtiment est un peu vétuste mais l'emplacement et la vue nous fait vite oublier tout ça

La disponibilité et la rapidité du propriétaire, la vue sur la mer, le calme, les alentours, la lunette pour profiter du coucher et du lever du soleil, tout à disponibilité, l'appartement , la propreté et le confort.

Le temps :) dommage qu'il n'y avait pas plus de soleil et moins de vent.

Le canapé n'est pas fait pour dormir ! Les WC c'est l'hôtel des courants d'air et malgré le chauffage à 20° nous avons eu bien du mal à avoir 16° dans l'appartement. Et la vaisselle n'était pas très propre
