Arredamento nuovo, pulito con tutti i confort. Posto auto coperto sotterraneo con ascensore che porta al piano.
Già segnalata da altri utenti: Porta finestra scorrevole del Balcone difettosa, non si chiude e batte. Vero che è un complesso sicuro, ma conviene abbassare le tapparelle quando si esce. Posto auto, nonostante ci sia ( ed è una cosa positiva) è troppo piccolo se si ha un auto fuori media, ma il problema più "serio" è che se è occupato il posto a fianco o dietro, si fa fatica ad entrare e/o uscire. Infine mancano i comodini nella Camera da Letto, fastidioso, perché se uno dorme e l'altro vuole una luce accesa si accende tutto ( sono 3 lampade)

Appartamento completamente ristrutturato , curato nei particolari. Completo di tutti i comfort, vicino al centro e alla spiagge, con posto auto al' interno del condominio. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un particolare ringraziamento al signor Stefano che si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile.
