Appartement "vieillot, non modernisé"
Dans la chambre aucune penderie à part 1 vieux portant qui pourrait être changé et 1 meuble écritoire avec 3 tiroirs qui fait office de commode.
Dans la salle d'eau 1 baignoire comportant des impacts dans le fond blanchis grossièrement. 2 néons sur chaque côté du miroir qui ne s'éclairent pas, radiateur insuffisant, pas de papier toilette. Etendoir à linge rouillé.
Aucun rideau aux fenêtres pas même dans la chambre. La seule modernité de cet appartement est la climatisation dans le salon. L'attrait de cet appartement est l'environnement et sa proximité de la mer.

Appartamento bello e funzionale,vista panoramica e vicinanza alla spiaggia e passeggiata.
Wi-fi presente anche in 5G, host gentile e molto reattivo nelle comunicazioni.
Cosa importante presenza posto auto al coperto molto comodo vista la scarsità di parcheggio.
Si potrebbe migliorare qualche piccolo servizio,tipo la tenda nella vasca per fare la doccia,un microonde per scaldare le vivande.
