De 2 terrassen en de properheid.

L’emplacement dans le centre historique est idéal pour visiter Palerme, vous êtes à proximité immédiate du marché typique de Ballarò tout en étant dans une petite ruelle au calme. Tout est facilement accessible à pied. Nous avons trouvé un stationnement gratuit pas très loin. Marco a été un hôte formidable, il est venu nous chercher au parking, nous a fourni une liste de restaurants. Le logement est spacieux, la literie confortable et la climatisation efficace, et en bonus une terrasse.
Une simple suggestion : une protection solaire sur la terrasse pour ceux qui voudraient y rester dans la journée.

Marco was a passionate and attentive host. The property is in a historic palazzo on the top floor with beautiful period detailing, wonderful views and a generous roof terrace - close to the popular and lively Mercato Ballaro. Walking distance to all visitor attractions and the main station.

The apartment itself was great—well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, comfy bed and I especially loved the terrace. Its location in the heart of the city made it incredibly convenient, with the market and main attractions just steps away.
Unfortunately, the apartment is located in Ballarò, which felt unsafe, particularly at night. I wouldn’t recommend staying here as a solo woman traveler. Also, the apartment shows its age a bit and has a slight musty smell; a refresh or light renovation could really enhance the overall experience.
