La localización del apartamento y la limpieza.
La llave de entrada al apartamento era física, pero la de entrada al portal se hacia mediante una llamada, algo que no siempre funciono y cuando vas con el tiempo pautado, si una vez no te funcione (como me sucedió), a punto estuvo de dar al traste con una actividad, menos mal que un vecino me abrió. Debería ser una llave física.

Tenía de todo, una muy buena ubicación
Lo único que no me gustó mucho es que se oye un poco el ruido de la calle por la noche, porque está en la calle principal

La ubicación.
Aunque se trata de un 6° piso, ni está lo suficientemente insonorizado. Las noches no se puede dormir del ruido del tráfico.
