    This was the worst hotel stay of my entire life. The hotel was listed as a 4-star property on Agoda, but the actual condition of the room was completely unacceptable. The room was not clean, and there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom that spread throughout the room. The bathroom smelled like a public railway station toilet. Privacy was another serious issue. The bathroom window was open, and people in the neighboring building could easily see inside. This is a major privacy and safety concern. The air conditioning was also not working properly, making the stay even more uncomfortable. I had booked my room with breakfast included. In the morning, I called the receptionist, who told me to have breakfast at the restaurant next to the reception. After I finished eating, the restaurant staff gave me a bill and said that my booking did not include breakfast and that they had no information about it. This showed a complete lack of communication between the hotel and the restaurant, leaving me in an embarrassing situation. Overall, this was a terrible experience. The hotel was misleadingly advertised, poorly maintained, lacked basic cleanliness and privacy, and had unprofessional service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
