It is a very comfortable and peaceful Guesthouse. Quiet, lush green and large room, the hosts are very kind and helpful
The washroom looks a little dated, there is scope to upgrade.

Nice room, nice garden, nice welcome. I'll be back.

The hotel's in a great location, and the room was really spacious. It was cleaned so well that I almost slipped in my socks — barefoot is definitely safer. It's super close to the south gate of the old town, and there's a 711, hair salon, and a massage place nearby. The host was super nice, and the laundry service they offered was great too — crazy efficient, and my clothes came back smelling amazing.

I had a pleasant stay at this charming and homely guesthouse
Hosts are friendly, my room was an old Chiangmai style room with full of cozy atmosphere with a private balcony to relax
Nothing too serious to dislike this place
I would note here that there is no in-room security box or fridge here.
And the plumbing and the bathroom is Chiangmai old city standard
