Location, size of suite.
As other reviewers have commented the kitchen was very poorly equipped. One glass, two forks, a tablespoon, two dishes and a plate. No knives. Nothing else at all. All cupboards were bare. Asked for an extra glass at reception (who were not friendly) and was told no. Seemed quite unreasonable. Also, nice balcony, but no chairs to sit out. Possibly a regulation thing.

Cool place at night and just a walking to distance if you need meals.
Room is big but you don't feel it as a suite place. You feel like a normal and simple room to sleep and rest.
