location of the hotel is good however, the picture guide is confusing ... especially for someone like me who visited that place for the very first time in the market at the ground floor, no one knew about the hotel in the booking confirmation message, there was not google location link ...... that would be far more helpful than giving the address in the form of text and sharing the picture of the hotel monogram I used the address to find the location of the hotel, and it took me 40 minutes to search that place as I did not get the accurate PIN location from the hotel management. Similarly, for a first time visitor, it is not enough to show in a short video how to navigate to the locker area for key collection There should be a map, showing all the 4 corners of the building, so that user at least know s/he is at right building and at which corner s/he is and to where s/he has to navigate.

1. I did not like the improper information given for booking confirmation, a. the pin location of the facility was missing, which caused me 30-40 minutes to search for the building after that, video about navigating to locker room area was very brief ... b. and had no information how to navigate to that area from any other corner of the same building/plaza 2. Moreover, no one else in the whole market knew about the hotel (or at least no one guided us) 3. Satellite channels were mentioned with TV, but none worked, it asked about the account/credential details 4. The support was only via whats app text ... and there was no support at all in late night

the location is superb. surrounded with many facilities; bank, convenience shop, healthcare, food stall, etc. right in the middle of tanah rata town. walking distance to food stall or restaurant downstairs, night bazaar, etc. the unit is nice exactly like in the picture. extra bed, comforter and pillow offer by host. the best part, all rooms and hall equipped with fan and extra standing fan - some homestay didnt offer fan and rely on the weather outside.

1st enter the house, its a bit smelly (the smell of house has been left for so long). this one maybe can do something as the fragrance in the unit never change. maybe host can offer the bedsheet or pillowcase for the extra bed and pillow kept in the wardrobe so we can cover it ourself. I'm travelling with elderly on wheelchair, have to take lift to G and take other lift from G to B but for other traveler fit to walk, escalator is there and there's no problem.

Mieszkanie było czyste powierzchownie: niedomyte nauczania, brud na lodowce, kurz na szafkach, lampach itp. Mało precyzyjna instrukcja znalezienia windy, fajnie byłoby do filmiku dot. skrytki dołączyć filmik dot. lokalizacji windy.

Convenient place to get food. And travel around.

To get into the apartment it’s like a maze. Communication between the agent and person in charge for the day was nightmare. Had information them before arrival , they promise to come n meet to collect the key but once reach he said cant make it. Have to collect the key from mailbox, to get to the mailbox was like a hunt, no one to help , traveling with kids is so upset n frustrated to go here n there. Then again to get to respective apartment lift is other side of the mall. There is no proper guidance or map given once we made a booking. Other than shelf n cupboard smells cockroach . Need proper cleaning though we pay Rm80/- for cleaning . Apartment is not that clean
