The townhome is located in Laguna Beach, between Rosemary Beach and Panama City Beach. Laguna Beach is a small laid-back community away from the congestion of PCB or 30A.
Before you hit the beach or after a long day in the sun, take a short walk down Front Beach Road to Thomas' Donuts for their amazing donuts, ice cream burgers or sandwiches. Be sure to stop into the award-winning Carousel Supermarket and wine store less than ¼ miles from the house. Nearby entertainment includes Pier Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Gulf World, The Hub 30A, Destin Commons, Sandestin Outlet Mall, and much more.
