This is our vacation home that we are sharing with you. We take great pleasure in making it beautiful and providing numerous amenities to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable, and a 5-star vacation. Please be considerate and treat our place with care while you occupy it and follow checkout procedures at the end of your stay.
SANDY TOES AND SANDY THINGS
Please rinse sand off beach chairs and other items, shake towels outside, and rinse your feet before coming inside. There is a foot-wash station in the front driveway. There is a hose in the side driveway to rinse beach items.
There is a retractable clothes line with clothespins on the back deck to hang wet swimsuits.
LOCKING THE DOORS
Use your passcode to unlock both the front and back doors. Do not lock the front or back door knob or you will lock yourself out.
WINE BAR CABINET
You may purchase a bottle of wine, Prosecco or Brut from the wine bar cabinet in the den. You must be of legal drinking age to access it (Verified ID required). There is no mark-up. We offer it as a convenience to our aged 21 and over guests. Like a minibar at a hotel, the wine bar cabinet door is alarmed. Opening it will alert the property manager. See the guidebook for details.
