We stayed for 3-nights. Near to all amenities, club house, beach etc. We all enjoyed ourselves.
Host was helpful and a lovely lady came to ask us how everything was. Very welcoming caravan with everything you could need, including teabags, coffee etc.
Caravan was smaller than any previously stayed at Selsea and, as we were lucky to have very warm days, it was very hot in the caravan. A fan would have helped. There were 3 of us and we found it quite small for us. A good place to stay for a couple.

We were hesitant about the site being very child friendly. we tried to avoid sites like seal bay sands, although it was very quiet Monday to Friday, but the weekends were lively with children enjoying themselves. No problem with that.
We were not keen on the barrier going up and down on entering and leaving the site

We had a great time, lovely weather and great facilities.
Location was very good, close to beach and facilities. Carvavan very clean and well equipped.
Caravan was a bit small, fine for a short stay. The double bed was uncomfortable. could feel all the springs.
