Struttura in posizione centrale dotata di tutte le comodità necessarie e facilità di parcheggio nelle vie circostanti. Numerosi anche gli utensili da cucina. Al nostro arrivo il detersivo per lavatrice era terminato, lo abbiamo fatto presente al proprietario che ha subito provveduto a portarcene uno nuovo.
Il bollitore non era utilizzabile a causa delle incrostazioni dovute all'acqua molto ricca di calcare.
