The lady who coordinated our stay. She was incredible at problem solving. We had a couple issues in the beginning and she addressed them and took care of them.

Great view! Nice space. The bed was probably the best part, very big and comfortable it was queen size.
The 2000 php deposit. They didnt met me at check out so i could get my deposit back. Neither of the numbers provided worked. I had to wait for over an hour for the cleaner and had then get ahold of someone to get my deposit back. I was very upset. Seems like they did this on purpose to steal my deposit.
