There are no further charges. It includes the following free services - amenities:
- airport-pick-up (from landing time 10.30am-5.30pm – check-in only if early check-in is possible)
- use of 2 swimming-pools including use of folding beds
- use of Cabanas including Tables, Chairs at the pools (incl the grill if available), if you want to eat outside for online ordered food
- use of Gym and Sauna
- drop and entrance to nearby Beach at Angasil Port (3 Mins)
- Fast Fiiber - Wifi in the condo (250+ MPS)
- SMART TV with Youtube / Netflix / Amazon
- Parking slot
There are no other fees. We do not charge security deposit either... Going to the airport is 15 minutes during the day, and 12 minutes by night.

The unit was exactly as described, with beautiful views of the ocean. The host was extremely gracious, professional, and helpful during check-in going over all the local hotspots, where we might want to spend time. I would definitely look to stay here again and would recommend this unit and host to anybody looking to stay in Lapu-Lapu City. It was a great place to take a vacation with the family.
