Definition of 10/10

This was probably the best accommodation we have ever stayed considering price-quality-convenience ratio (and I was top 1% traveler at Booking in 2025). Extremely clean apartment with spacious living room, bathroom and bedroom. The apartment has all necessary amenities. The host is very easy to communicate with and our check-in/check-out process was super easy with all information provided in advance. This stay is simply 10/10.

The hosts are a lovely Italian family and were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was first class, great facilities, spotlessly clean, with off road secure parking. We had a fabulous and enjoyable short stay, and will return for sure to stay a little longer.

Lovely holiday home! Excellent value for money!

This recently renovated apartment is spacious, homely, clean and well equipped with a full kitchen & a full size washing machine. Our unit was on the ground floor, very convenient just a few steps to the parking lot. Nice outdoor seating patio. Had a nice chat with the friendly hosts. Very hospitable & warm folks who showed us around the apartment and showed the facilities. Excellent base to explore the region; within driving distance to Bernina pass, St Moritz, Varenna (Lake Como) & Passo Stelvio.

100% satisfying, top

This appartment is large, clean, modern/cosy and perfectly equipped. The owner was waiting for us at the entry gate of the garden and explained friendly all the ins and outs. We can't say anything else than that our stay was top. This accommodation approaches the 100% score for parking, living, kitchen, bath room, sleeping room and all equipment. The location is ideal for exploring the Bernina pass, by car or by train, the Selvio pass by car etc. We enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is surrounded by a very large garden, partially decorated with beautiful bushes and plants.

It was one of the most cleanest place we’ve ever stoped at. The kitchen has everything one needs. The beds are comfortable. It’s a quiet and calm place. And of course the hosts are super gentle and welcoming.

L'appartamento si trova in un contesto residenziale, all'interno di una villetta dove vivono anche i proprietari, persone estremamente reattive e gentili ma anche discrete. Istruzioni per check in e check out puntuali e precise. Ho apprezzato l'arredamento moderno (bagno e cucina super) e la pulizia accurata degli ambienti. Grazie Il nostro soggiorno è stato breve e non abbiamo potuto usufruire dell'esterno essendo inverno ma credo che anche la presenza di un giardino grande, attrezzato e ben curato sia un valore aggiunto. La posizione molto comoda per visitare la Valtellina

soggiorno breve in due coppie

L'appartamento è ben arredato, spazioso, pulito. Abbiamo soggiornato comodamente in due coppie una notte con sistemazione divisa, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e camera con letto matrimoniale. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato dei dolci e succo di frutta, l'ambiente era già riscaldato e con le temperature di questo periodo è stata una manna. Visto che nei dintorni ci sono passeggiate e luoghi interessanti, torneremo per un soggiorno di più giorni. grazie per l'accoglienza! Vivamente consigliato.

Calitatea locatiei extraordinara, atentia la toate nevoile clientului, nu lipseste nimic pentru confort total. Amabilitatea gazdelor si bucuria de a iti fi de folos! Locatia extraordinara in Lovero , inconjurata de munti inzapeziti in varf si vegetatie luxurianta la poale.
