Small and cozy flat with everything I need 😊

The flat has everything I need. It's bright, the kitchen is equipped, the balcony is lovely, and the view is amazing. The neighbourhood is beautiful, and the host even gave us fruit from his garden. The layout of the space is very good, and the bathroom has great natural ventilation. Excellent privacy!

It would be better if the balcony window had a blackout blind and there were some reading lights in the bedroom.

Cozy stay with a lovely view and friendly hosts

We stayed for 3 days. The balcony offered a great view, making it a perfect place for morning and evening tea outdoors. Everything was clean, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The bed was comfortable, soft, and didn’t creak. The hosts were kind and welcoming, and we especially loved their incredibly gentle and friendly dog.

The shower switch doesn’t work as well as we would like

A winner

It was easy to establish contact with the owner, a delightful man. The self-contained first-floor flat, in a quiet suburban location, was excellent, offering bedroom/ living room, bathroom, kitchen and balcony, with a supermarket. 8 minutes away on foot. I very much look forward to my next visit.

BOOK WITHOUT HESITATION

incredible. all of the flat are clean. its a little one but inside you feel like you are in a biggest one. agencement are very good. you have ecerything in your disposition: kitchen, tv, air conditioner, heating... its very cosy and safe. you will be peaceful in a outbuilfing above the owner. and if you need anything he is always avalaible and discret. the acces is independant, and you have a parking for your car in the front (good for the luggage). this is the best place where i stayed since i am in montenegro

Great stay in Podgorica

Great suite in a quiet residential area. The garden was equipped with grape vines, orange trees and pomegranate trees. It was only 15 minute walk to the centre of Podgorica.

Difficult to find public transportation in Podgorica.

Studio au top !

La climatisation est un vraie plus car il peut faire très chaud dans le logement. Le balcon est superbe le matin pour y prendre son petit-déjeuner ou y étendre son linge (étendoir, pinces à linge...). Le calme à proximité du centre en voiture. Le studio en lui même est très agréable et lumineux. Il est petit mais pourrait être bien plus spacieux si le meuble du salon était moins imposant (quel dommage!). Nous n'avons manqué de rien et le rapport qualité prix est excellent.

Le ménage n'est pas poussé (miettes...) mais dans l'ensemble c'était plutôt propre. Pas de store occultant dans la cuisine (lumière d'un lampadaire public la nuit perturbant le sommeil, on a dû bloquer une serviette sur la fenêtre). L'éclairage du logement un peu agressif une lumière tamisée dans le salon chambre aurait été parfaite.

El mini apartamento cumple con lo esperado. Pequeño salón-habitación conjunto, con una pequeña cocina y baño, ambos bien equipados. Dispone de pequeña terraza. El lugar es ideal para una corta estancia (no mas de 2/3 dias) ya que con el tamaño y la cocina disponible (con fuegos, horno, frigorifico y fregadero) es suficiente. El anfitrion es muy amable y vive justo debajo.

La ubicación es algo recóndita, escondida y, aunque esta cerca del centro de la ciudad (unos 20-25min andando), requiere usar el coche.

Ev sahibi çok yardımcı oldu her konuda çok yardım sever , güler yüzlü ve nazik bir insan . Hiç bir ücret talep etmeden beni karşıladı kendisi çok teşekkür ederim. Evin içinde ihtiyacımın hepsini fazlasıyla karşılayan olanaklar mevcuttur.
