Location was great, room was super clean and comfy and warm
The heating works perfectly, as it came on exactly 19pm, however, it may be necessary to put a note for clients that the boiler would come on at a said time as there was initial panics about cold when we came in. but on return from dinner, the house was warm
2. It maybe be necessary to check the basics like cleanliness level (slight humidity level in bathroom) and showers as cold water part of shower was broken or I could not operate it. Again with b and b this may happen and owner may not know, so checking everything daily may help.

Good property and location for place of event we booked.
Couldn’t complain with the price at all £27 each for 4 people
We didn’t know the house owner would be in the property, not really an issue as we was out anyway and she didn’t bother us.

Nice neighbourhoods
The property outside was unkept , the garden was untidy. The place needed renovation. The room on the profile had no window, no ventilation.
The shower was unpredictable, sometime the water was extreamly hot not safe for young children. The shower tub was dirty, the window sill was dusty. The light switches were dirty, the bathroom door was dirty , black mark every where.
I and others have been locked from inside can not get out first day stayed(including others guests)my husband had to climb the fence (among the pile of rubbish from the garage to get outside to check at the lock box for the keys ) unfortunately no keys to be seen.
It was inregal to lock the door and health and safety of my families were questionibg here?
