Stunning views v location
The property has a timber floor v all rooms creak badly when you walk across them. Could do with having some new outdoor seating as all old.

Perfect location just above the town easy to walk to the restaurants and shops .
Absolutely zero soundproofing inside the house- every step was a loud creak of the floorboards . Furniture (couch )very tired and dated . Frying pan had years and years of grime . Doesn’t cost much to replace , especially when being charged over $700 for 2 nights ! Awesome shower 👍🏻

Views were amazing... Beds were comfortable and it was very clean.
The place was run down and nothing like the pictures. Especially the condition of the couch. It was very dirty. Stained and old. The floors creaked terribly especially in the bathroom.
