About this house rental
This three level home is great for large family groups. It has a wonderful open plan lounge and dining area with a modern spacious kitchen for those family dinners. The lounge has large windows that allow you views over the Hanmer village which is beautiful when the snow is falling and across to the hills with the sunlight providing ever changing vistas. Sit comfortably by the log fire while you watch Sky TV with sports and movie channels or a DVD for those movie nights to keep the kids entertained.
This home has an outside seating area to sit around and have a few drinks. Relax while cooking the BBQ on those hot sunny summer nights with great indoor outdoor flow from the kitchen and dinning room, providing ease of catering.
This property is situated in an area of natural beauty. Tracks which cater for the gentle stroll to a good work out, a gentle bike ride to mountain biking on the numerous forest tracks, swimming, shopping, golf, skiing and eating out. If you get a chance, check out the beautiful Clarence River Valley over Jacks Pass. .

Large homely place for all of us to be able to mix but also have are own space if needed . Heat pumps and fire great as was winter, plenty of wood available but could do with a sharper axe. Lived the views with snow on the mountains

There is a lot of mouse poo in the kitchen. Then we opened the cutlery draw and found a mouse running around. I was able to kill it. But there needs to be some effort put into pest control. The microwave had food splashed in it. The oven was so dirty it smoked when using it. The rest of the house was in good working order. Though the hole house could do with a deep clean. The chemney needs a sweep, only burns with door open. Good amounts of wood at house.The garden paths are slippery when wet.
