The apartment was clean and comfortable (although I can't say how the sofa bed is), and the location is convenient for walking to South Main. Very good value for what we paid. The only reason I rated the property a 9 instead of 10 is because it's a basement apartment with no view. Communications with property management were excellent.
The batteries in the TV remote needed to be replaced.
