I liked the location, it was close to the train station and the supermarket, and within easy walking distance of Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriani. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped.
The door lock was sticky and the kitchen window did not have a curtain or blind. The shower head could use replacing.

The geographical location is 9/10. Super close to everything; a few minutes walk to Villa D'Este, Villa Gregoriana, restaurants, groceries, etc. However, expect some noise at night. There's a grocery store right next door.
The electricity/power went out a couple of times. Turns out you can't have the dish washer and air conditioner on at the same time. There's no living room. The TV in the kitchen is tiny, so don't expect to watch any movies.
